Africlear will seek to offer financial products and services to issuers, operators and investors across the African capital markets. We intend to focus on product and service origination in the areas of:

• Asset Services. Focus will initially be on sourcing asset-servicing programs in the field of registrar and issuer services although value-added services in the fields of claim processing, tax administration and vault services may also be considered
• Data Services. Focus will initially be on network and system management services although a range of other services, including data hosting, data storage, IT security and disaster recovery services may also be considered
• Pre-Trade Applications. Focus will initially be on delivery of pre-trade risk management applications although implementation of low latency and high latency trading applications may also be considered
• Post-Trade Applications. Focus will initially be on settlement and corporate actions processing although implementation of position monitoring and performance reporting applications may also be considered
• Treasury and Collateral Management Applications. Focus will initially be on collateral management, securities lending and cash management applications
• Education and Training. Focus will initially be on classroom-based and online training courses designed to educate local market practitioners
